Delivery areas

Sicilyastic.it carries out shipments throughout the Italian territory, (including the Republic of San Marino, excluding the state of Vatican City) and also in:

EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary .

Non-EU countries (subject to Customs): Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom. Sicilyastic.it will follow the VAT exemption rules for non-European countries, at the time of Customs checks, the customs authorities of the individual states may ask the recipient for customs clearance, VAT and import duties. It is not possible to calculate in advance the amount of these expenses which are always borne by the recipient. Any such charges will be requested directly by the customs authorities through the forwarder used.

Preparation of the order

Once we have received the order confirmation, we will take care of preparing for shipment as quickly as possible (1-3 business days) and we will deliver it to the courier who will take care of the shipment.

Cost of transportation

The freight cost will come calculated by the system already in the "Cart" phase, based on the weight of the items ordered, and the destination address. Shipping weights and costs also include the safety packaging used to avoid damage to the goods transported.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary in consideration of the order placed and the delivery methods chosen. Shipments in Italy are generally delivered in 3-5 working days, in Europe they are delivered on average in 7-9 working days, in non-EU countries in 10-12 working days. The times indicated for the delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for Sicilyastic.
Sicilyastic uses the transport services that offer the best quality / price ratio of the service for the destination concerned.

Receipt of the goods

Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the goods received. At the time of delivery, therefore, it is very important that the customer checks:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document or in the invoice sent by e-mail;
  • that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing materials.
    In the event of tampering and / or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by putting the writing "Goods control reserve for (indicate the reason)" on the delivery document received by the courier or other operator.
    The customer must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator who made the delivery.

In the event that the carrier returns the shipment of the order to Sicilyastic due to the incorrect address provided by the customer, or due to the termination of storage in the carrier's warehouses, or for any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon advance payment of the same by PayPal service.

To avoid inconvenience, please provide an address where there is always someone who can collect the goods.

Checking the status of shipments

When the shipment takes place, depending on the courier chosen for the delivery of the goods, the customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking code, a code that allows you to constantly follow the status of your shipment.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the term of 30 days starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase must send an email, attaching the return form duly completed in its entirety to: supporto@sicilyastic.it

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days, including any shipping costs.

As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates that he has returned the goods.

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the event that the services and products of Sicilyastic.it are included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005:

  • order of products made to measure or clearly personalized;
  • order of Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • order of sealed Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or that have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, in particular, you are informed and accept that among the "Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly " include those products of a food nature whose characteristics and quality are subject to alteration, also as a result of inappropriate storage by you after delivery.

Sicilyastic will reimburse using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the user intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for making the refund.

Returns and Refunds

If you need to return your order because it has defects or is not to your liking, we are here to help! We offer returns and refunds within 14 days from receipt of the order.

Refund of Food and Drinks

You can be refunded in the following ways:

  • A shopping voucher with a value equivalent to the price of the product at the time of purchase;
  • A direct refund of the value of the product at the time of purchase.

We ask that you take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1) The return procedure must be initiated no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the time of receipt of the order; 

2) Refundable items must still have the label and must be photographed in full (at least 2 photos, one external and one internal);

3) Refundable items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Once the refund request has been received, we will contact the supplier to request any clarifications regarding the product, and then make the refund for the price equivalent to that paid at the time of the order.

Return of Handicrafts (Bags, Jewelery, Ceramics, etc ...)

In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please send the return form (click here to download the return form), duly completed in all its parts, including the transport document, the tax receipt and at least one photo of the product.

Once we have received the form and the related attached documentation, we will evaluate any defects or non-conformities reported by you and we will decide whether to continue by authorizing the return and sending you an e-mail containing a unique return code.

The authorization to return the Products will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return.

All products for which we have authorized the return must be returned by you no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the report of defect or non-conformity, complete with a copy of the return authorization, provided by us, by sending them to the following address:
